Shipping Policy

We ship lab kits to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping is free.

Kits usually ship within 5 business days of your order. When your kit ships, we email you the tracking number.

If your kit is lost in transit, email us at team@gk12academy.com and we will reship it.

If a part in your lab kit arrives broken or is missing, email us at team@gk12academy.com and we will replace it. This is our Replacement Promise.

Before your kit ships, sign in, open Account, and update your Kit shipping address. If your kit has already shipped, email us at team@gk12academy.com.

We take returns as part of our 2-Module Guarantee. When you ask for a refund under the guarantee, you return the lab kit (partly used is fine) and cover the return shipping. Section 6 of our Terms of Service explains how the guarantee works.
